About Trevor

Trevor Brent Vautaw was born in Indianapolis and raised in Noblesville.  He loved the game of golf and started playing at an early age.  He played on the Noblesville Middle School and High School teams. Trevor also participated in the Pepsi Junior Tournaments around the State.

After graduating from NHS in 2009, Trevor went on to college and it was then that his drug use escalated. He desired desperately to be clean and went through three rehab programs.  During one, he came to know the Lord. Trevor continued to battle the disease. The last rehab was a program in Azle, Texas in 2013. The Trevor everyone knew and loved was back with his family over the Fourth of July week.  On August 2, 2013, Trevor died from an overdose while in Texas. Prior to leaving for the final rehab, Trevor started a weekly family bible study.  We have full assurance that Trevor is now free from the bondage of addiction and is with our Savior.

Our experience with Trevor's addiction and then his ultimate death, led us as a family to desire to make a difference.  The Trevor Vautaw Memorial Golf Outing was started by the Vautaw Family in 2015 to raise money in order to help those suffering from addiction.

Transformations Center for Healing

Transformations Center for Healing is a Christ-centered, holistic residential recovery center intently focused on restoring the identity and lives of women suffering from substance use disorder. Our goal is to address the whole person by focusing on the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of addiction in order to heal the whole self and effect life-long change.  Transformations trained staff utilize a combination of group and individual treatment methods to foster healing, change and growth. Our program addresses all types of addictions, traumas and areas of brokenness.

Transformation opened a 10-bed, 12-month residential program located in Noblesville, Indiana in May 2017. We expanded our program into the Hamilton County Jail in January 2018  to open the Transformations Therapeutic Recovery Pod. We are currently working to expand our jail program into other counties.

The Vautaw Family  has partnered with Transformations Center for Healing since 2016 to host the annual Trevor Vautaw Memorial Golf Outing. Over $207,000 has been raised over the last 4 years to benefit Transformations scholarship program!!! Most of our ladies are on full scholarship. Without our supporters we would not be able to complete our mission to bring healing and recovery to the lives of women suffering from addictions and other areas of brokenness.

Trevor's House of Hope

With the blessing of the Vautaw Family, Transformations opened Trevor's House of Hope  in January 2019 to give honor to the life and memory of Trevor Vautaw.

Trevor's House of Hope is Transformations discipleship program intended to bridge the gap for graduates of the residential program to independent living. Participants may live here for up to 2 years post graduation.
